We, our employees and partners do not routinely own or operate any entity which is to provide goods or services for your accommodation and travel. We purchase transportation (aircraft, train, vehicle, vessel), hotel and other accommodations, restaurants, ground handling, excursions and other bespoke services from a range of independent suppliers.
On the rare occasion where such services may be carried out directly by us, such as local transport or storage, the client will be notified in advance in writing and reflected in subsequent written schedules, invoices and any other written correspondence with the client.
